Well I made a pact with my best friend Sherry… She will take care of herself and go down to a size 8…. not much for her but good since she has a recovering heart. In exchange I am going to loose 50lbs by Auguest this year… A big challenge yes, but one I am willing to make because I want sherry to keep her end… plus, I really could do with the shedding of the 50 lbs… 90 would be better but 50 would be a great start.<\/p>\n
So this is my mission this year. But I am keeping the promise… today when I woke up I started some light exercise, and has kept my diet all day. So far so good for day one. I eventually work up to doing a lot more… but I have to start small… The hardest part was getting off my bed to do it… but my conviction is there… and half dazed I got out and started… half asleep but twisting to get my body pumping. Eventually I woke up and did what best I could do this morning. Now the challenge of day two awaits me tomorrow… but I am determined… not only for my health but for the pact with my friend… and who knows when I am finished I might be sexy enough to get a girl… lol.<\/p>\n
Sherry… I am holding you to our pact…. I want to see you well too…. Hugs!<\/p>\n
