Possibly the worst service in TGI Fridays is in Port of Spain, Trinidad. I wanted to call in advance and make an order which I wanted to pick up… this is not the first time… and they put you on hold for at least 20 minutes, if you get through at all. You get fustrated waiting for their dismal service just to take your order.
It is probably the worse service I seen in any establishment. I tend to hate to call them… I just barely am able to keep from using obscene language with the damn inefficient idiots they have as employees.
